The areas listed below are the primary field operations that are performed according to the District’s approved work program. The District has awarded contracts for these various maintenance activities, and District personnel also perform a variety of supplemental services and work efforts to further enhance the community’s high standard of appearance and maintenance.
Maintenance of the stormwater ponds and canals within the Celebration community
Other common area maintenance items including street and alley lights, sidewalks, shade structures, fountains, drainage system, and pressure washing sidewalks and other common area hardscape
Maintenance of common area turf, trees, shrubs and groundcover, and irrigation, including updated tree pruning schedules as they become available
Spraying and otherwise treating for mosquitoes in the community, as well as information related to types of mosquitoes, mosquito biology, spraying concerns, each on individual pages within the mosquito control section of the website
