District Office Relocation Across the Hall

Signs in the CDD Easement
Just a friendly reminder to all residents that signs are not permitted in the CDD right-of-way (generally the area between the sidewalk and the curb), which includes For Sale or Yard Sale signs, as well as political endorsement signs. We encourage you to refer to your home owner covenants for further details on signs that you may place behind the sidewalk on your property. Please be advised that the CDD will remove any signs that are improperly located in its right-of-way.
