2012 Meeting Schedule
For fiscal year 2012, the meetings of the Board of Supervisors will generally be held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at 851 Celebration Avenue unless noted otherwise. Additional meetings may be scheduled as items of business dictate, and meetings may be rescheduled to accommodate Board member schedules.

Florida Law requires that the District publish an annual meeting schedule for the fiscal year one time in a newspaper of general circulation in Osceola County. Staff also works with the other communication providers in the community to post dates and times of meetings for the public’s information.
The District operates in the same fiscal year (“FY”) as other governmental entities, which year begins October 1 and ends September 30 the following year. All public records are filed by fiscal year, Resolutions of the Board are numbered by fiscal year, and accounting records are kept by fiscal year.
We have made many of our commonly requested public records available online for your convenience and your information, including meeting minutes, previous meeting agendas, and other records.
